This diversity supports our sustainability plan by reducing weed pressure, reducing water use, and reducing the risk of disease. The crops grown on our farm focus on a full circle approach, some of our crops are produced for seed, some are produced for processing (dehydration, canning, or brining), and some are produced to be sold fresh to market.
